Although It is unlikely she ever visited the swimming pool, my grandmother kept this postcard among a small collection of cards and clippings.
The great bathing resort is gone.
Floods led to a long period of decay. Much of the area was filled in for building development – a shopping plaza covers part of the former recreation area today.
Older residents of central Pennsylvania still remember the crowds that once swam and played at Maple Grove.
