Daddy Sends Postcard from St. Louis

Daddy Sends a Birthday Postcard from St. Louis – 1909

Hazel Michael lived in Manheim, PA (Lancaster County).

Her father, H. B. Michael (?) was in St. Louis on her birthday.

Daddy sent a brightly-colored, embossed postcard to Hazel.

Posted in St. Louis, the postcard features an illustration of a touring car filled with flowers.

The postcard was “Made in Germany”.

On the reverse, Daddy writes, “Congratulations and Best Wishes to Hazel from Daddy.”

Daddy also inscribed a mailing address in St. Louis., suggesting that he was remaining there for some time.

(I have been unable to find biographical information about Hazel.)
